I recently graduated from American University (AU) in Washington, DC., where I studied Journalism and Justice & Law. My work focuses on crime, entertainment, culture, and investigative reporting with a focus on compelling storytelling. I’ve written about the complications with the FAFSA forms during the fall 2024 semester, covered legal proceedings for D.C. Witness, and written about entertainment and culture for The Eagle and The Aviary.
Previously, I served as Managing Editor of The Aviary, a campus publication where I worked to amplify women and non-binary voices in the media -- supporting writers in crafting powerful stories and producing articles of my own. Beyond reporting, I’m passionate about education, as seen in my role as a Senior Peer Facilitator for AU Experience courses and as a tutor at Kumon.
I’m always looking to publish stories that inform, engage audiences, and inspire conversations.
